This was a layout using Simple Stories "Altitude" collection. A few sequins, a tag, a button, a Memory Box Snowflake Die and some twine completed this layout.
I always find it difficult to create layouts for the month of March because you can never be sure of the weather. For this layout, I used a Simple Stories Collection "Snow Fun", and added some cut out scalloped circles and a print and cut card from my Silhouette machine.
The title for "April" was done on my Silhouette machine.
The Doodlebug Designs Collection "Hello Sunshine" was perfect for this April Layout. I used some of the flower die cuts in the collection and a few enamel dots to complete the layout. I used my Silhouette machine to create the Umbrella.
The May layout was created using Bella Blvd. "Color Chaos". I added some of the Acetate that came with the collection and some of the blue enamel dots from the same collection.
This layout I used a Tim Holtz stencil called "Bubble" as well as one called "Splatter".
I loved creating this layout and was proud of how it turned out. I first typed out the words for "O Canada" using a very small font and single spacing. Then I put the paper through my Silhouette machine to create the Maple Leaf shape. In this layout, I only had the Red Chevron paper to use for a pattern paper so I wanted to add another pattern of some sort. That is why I came up with the idea to create the paper with the words for "O Canada".
In this layout I used a Doodlebug Collection called "Sunkissed". The flourish was cut using an old die from Cherry Lynn. The stamp for the ice cream bars was an old one as well, but I loved the Hero Arts ombre inks to create this variegated colour. I also used Sizzix Die from the Frameworks Collection "Chevron".
For this Calendar Class layout I used the Bo Bunny "Boardwalk" collection. I also used an embossing folder from Tim Holtz and then coloured over it with an orange Ombre ink from Hero Arts. Some orange twine, orange buttons and some circles using the "Bubbles" stencil from T.H. completed this layout.
This September layout was made, using the "So Fancy" line from Simple Stories. In this class, I was trying to show the ladies how to use fancy cutting to create your own embellishments. We also stamped the Bingo card with a blue Ombre ink from Hero Arts and added a few enamel dots.
This was a Back to School Kit using the "Star Student" papers from Bella Blvd. I also used the Acetate as a background paper and a chalkboard cutout made on my Silhouette machine.
This fall kit was created using the Carta Bella "Fall Blessings" line. I love the colours of fall and to complete the layout I used a tree cut from a Memory Box die, leaves cut using a Cheery Lynn die, some Drywall tape that I coloured with the brown Ombre ink from Hero Arts, a heart using a Tim Holtz die and some twine.
Loved these photos of my grandson. The paper from Simple Stories "Sweater Weather was perfect for the Fall theme. The title "November" was created with Tim Holtz Thinlits die "Calendar Words".
I loved the Provence line from Bo Bunny and used it to create a November layout for 2015. This is a simple layout created by doing some fancy cutting and making a title "sweater" on my Silhouette machine.
I loved creating a Christmas layout that was non-traditional. I used several Memory Box Dies in this layout: Poinsettia Bloom Trio, Clairmont Ornaments and one that has been discontinued. The title "December" was using the Tim Holtz "Calendar Words" die.
